“The difference between try and triumph….is a little UMPH” is a quote from Lorraine Poulton, one of the guest speakers at LIBERATE 2010, the Divisional Women’s weekend to be held at Sunbury Court, The Salvation Army’s conference centre in West London, starting tomorrow.

“Who do yo think you are?” is the title of the weekend which will feature Major Anne Read, The Salvation Army’s anti-human trafficking response coordinator, Ira Thomas, currently working in the Music Ministries Unit at Territorial Headquarters, as well as Lorraine, a very multi-talented lady who “enjoys helping women to succeed”.

The group of 75 delegates and staff will include seven ladies from the Chatham corps who look set to have a great weekend. We look forward to receiving a report in due course. Watch this space!
