Almost £400 apparently. This was the sum that the ‘silent auction’ raised towards the magnificent total of £1050 (so far) in Saturday’s fund raising event in aid of the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation.
The 2nd hand bookstall raised £50, the face painting £14. Tea, coffee, cake and cream teas raised £130 with Pheonix Cards, Osbourne Books and Body Shop contributing about £75. The remainder of the excellent total came from the sale of cup cakes, competitions, the tuck shop and the many donations received.
The event was organised in memory of Jordan Woodhouse who died, aged 6 months, almost exactly 10 years ago and the Woodhouse and Sutton families would like to thank everyone for their help and support which enabled the occasion to be so successful in Jordan’s memory.
Here are some pictures.
Well done everyone and thanks again to all who contributed in any way at all.
