A few key points from reports from Mission Forum members are as follows:

First impression from new CO: Chatham Corps makes a massive impact in the community and has significant relationships with important groups. We are not timid in directing people to Christ and have a good number of volunteers. Outreach to the needy is good and professional.

There are some Health & Safety and premises maintenance issues to address – please see attached list and speak to CO if you can help with these (list not provided for website). More volunteers are needed, communication needs to be a priority and we want to explore our strengths & weaknesses in 2017.

A list of meeting leaders and themes has been produced to the end of February 2017.

A booking form for the premises together with terms & conditions has been produced – anyone wishing to use the hall should be referred to the admin team.

THQ agreement has been given for the tweenagers trip to Tanzania.

The Christmas parcel distribution is now being planned – additional people are needed – if anyone is  able to support this please speak to our COs.

Recording of Sunday morning meetings on cd and distribution to those who would like a copy has commenced – if anyone would like a copy please see Lisa Davis.

Roma adult and YP congregation developments were acknowledged and new CO has attended and preached.
