During the Youth Group’s preparation for the recent 24 hours of prayer Helen Pearson was prompted to use her artisitic skills to give a point of focus for the approaching event. This is the result.

The green leaves formed in the shape of a cross symbolize the regeneration currently taking place in the corps. The verse of scripture in the bottom right hand corner is found in Isaiah 43:19 (Good News Bible) and was one of the verses given to Helen during her recent ‘Design for Life’ course at The Salvation Army’s Sunbury Court in West London.

Watch for the new things I am going to do. It is happening already, you can see it now! I will make a road through the wilderness and give you streams of water there.
